Confused by all the social media lingo and unsure about how to use social media for your business?
This day-course aims to aid anyone new to the social media world by starting with the basics and then going in-depth in the afternoon. The morning session will cover the most popularly used networks that your business can benefit from. Following the morning crash-course will be a more advanced session in the afternoon with more strategic tactics on to maximizing social media platforms and minimize time.
You are encouraged to bring your own Wi-Fi enabled laptop – it’s not essential but can help to enhance the learning experience.

- help begin to produce forecasts for your business
- decide what type of marketing you will use
- calculate how much your marketing will cost
- work out what the price of your products or services should be
- explain how and where your products or services are to be sold
- plan how you will present your product or service to customers
By the end of the workshop you should have a realistic marketing plan designed to increase your sales.
