How do I get my property to appear in the EmbraceScotland availability search?
For your accommodation to appear in the search results when a visitor searches by date on the new EmbraceScotland website, you will need to be linked to one of these booking calendars:
- Supercontrol
- freeonlinebooking
- freetobook
- Sykes Cottages
- Booking.com
- Expedia
- Hotel Planner
- Eviivo
- TXG
If you have online booking with any of these providers, the calendar should already be linked to your web-page on EmbraceScotland. If it isn’t, then please contact membership@assc.co.uk to let us know which calendar you use.
If you are not linked to one of the above calendars, you will only appear in the search when a date is not used. Therefore, we highly recommend that you consider using one of the above availability calendars. This will optimise the opportunities EmbraceScotland will bring your business.
