We welcome two industry experts to the session – Roman Solyanyk, Account Executive for the UK Market at Beyond and Robert Kennedy, Co-Founder of SuperControl

Revenue Management: A Strategic Approach to Driving Demand:  Robert Kennedy, Co-Founder,  SuperControl

Are you getting the most value out of your bookings?

While having a booking calendar full to the brim with guests is undoubtedly the desire of all self-caterers, many are missing a trick. What can often be perceived as an overcomplicated topic, revenue management can both drive demand and the value of each booking in your diary.

What does a successful revenue management strategy entail? How can you put this into practice to drive demand? Roman and Robert dig deep into how tools such as Beyond Pricing and embedding a data-driven distribution strategy will set you up for self-catering success.  Roman will explore how tools like Beyond Pricing are designed to enhance revenue and boost occupancy by using real-time data.  Robert shares how using data-driven insights coupled with a robust distribution strategy contributes to an overall revenue management strategy, bolstering both demand and profitability.

  • Robert Kennedy is the Co-Founder of SuperControl, the all-in-one property management system and channel manager that supports self-catering accommodation businesses across the UK and beyond. Robert is a strong advocate for the sector and its progress, and he’s been a proud member of the ASSC board for 15 years and, in 2021, supported the association as acting Chairman. SuperControl has over 2,000 clients managing over 50,000 properties, including cottages, villas, caravan parks, yurts and much more.
