ASSC Events: Information & Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION PROCESS ON EVENTBRITE

All ASSC Events can be booked via Eventbrite, using the relevant link
Please go to that appropriate link that appears on the web pages or the Newsletter sent from ASSC and press “BOOK NOW”

ATTENDANCE AT OUR EVENTS

ASSC Members: ASSC Talks / ASSC Regional “Get-Together” Events / ASSC Roadshows are free of charge as a way of continuing to add value to the already cost-effective membership
Approved / Partner Membership Organisations: ASSC Regional “Get-Together” Events / ASSC Roadshows 2022 – free of charge (proof of membership required)
Non-members: £25 including VAT + Eventbrite fee

Joining ASSC: if you would like to join ASSC following attendance at a Regional “Get-Together” or ASSC Roadshow, the £25 attendance fee (if applicable) will be discounted from your ASSC membership (valid for 10 days after the event). Various membership category options are available with discounts throughout the year . For more details visit – Join the ASSC

HOW TO BOOK ON EVENTBRITE (This process applies to all our events on Eventbrite)

Press “TICKETS” in order to secure your place
As a member you will need to press the “ENTERPROMO CODE” – top left hand corner in order to secure your free place

You will then need to enter the exact PROMO Code supplied in the Newsletter and press the “APPLY” button which is to the right hand side of the PROMO CODE box

Pressing the “APPLY” button will change the ticket cost to £0 – then you can continue to proceed with your booking

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR ZOOM (Hosted by ASSC)

We have upgraded our Zoom account to allow us to host our Events.

Attendees require to register for each individual Event using the “Book Now” buttons. This will take you to Eventbrite. By registering on Eventbrite and participating in the webinar you details will be retained by ASSC
In the confirmation email sent from Eventbrite you will receive the direct Zoom “join the meeting” link
We recommend you save this to you calendar for use on the day
You will also receive a “reminder” one day and one hour before each Talk

OTHER INFORMATION

All ASSC Talks will be recorded and recordings will appear on the Members’ Page of our website (log in details required). Non-members registering for the Talk will receive a recording link via email.
Cancellation Policy: refunds for non-members up to 7 days before the event. Thereafter no refunds will be available.
GDPR: by booking onto an ASSC event your contact email may be shared with our 3rd party sponsors for business purposes / opportunities only.

MEMBERSHIP OF ASSC

ASSC Members can attend our Talks free of charge
Non-members can attend our Events for a fee of £25 including VAT per Talk. Should you wish to join as an ASSC member, the £25 Talk fee will be discounted from your membership.
